Nov. 11th, 2011 06:16 pmThere is an entirely uninteresting and nondescript man sitting at a table near the Bar. He has a newspaper (Portland Press Herald, September 10, 2001) that he's sort of reading, but really he's eyeing the rest of Milliways's current population with transparent unease.
